Standard diagnostic work. This covers our time determining the problem to repair or you can then repair it yourself. Repair work is charged at our normal hourly rate in 5 minute lots or at set repair rates.
- Insurance Reports $ 95.00Written report for insurance claims,
includes assessment of the damages and a repair cost quotation is provided.
- System Cleanup and General Service $ 65.00A full system cleanup and test will speed things up, Windows and old programs leave behind large amounts of junk files that bog your system dowm,these can be safely removed, we also check condition of hard drives and all other system components and clean out your case.
- Reinstallation of Operating System $90.00Reinstall of customers operating system complete with all the latest drivers and updates.
- Virus Removal $95.00 - $155.00 Full virus scan and removal. Sometimes viruses are unable to be removed and may require a system restore or fresh operating system reinstall
- Data Backup $25 per 100 GB or part there of We can back up any precious and or critical data while carrying out our technical work.
- Component Install and Setup $55 Need some hardware installed ? such as a Graphics card (we remove old and install new drivers as required),RAM upgrade or other.
- Software Program Installation $45.00 - $120.00
Installation of software as per software License and assistance with activation or installation as required.
- Labor ChargesCertain Services have set prices all other labor is charged in 5 minute lots as per hourly rate of service.
